Shopping & Pickup

Can I pick up an item I've purchased online?
Yes! Our store is located at 193 Pakington Street, Geelong West and we'd love to see you. We are open Monday 10am–3pm and Tuesday–Saturday 10am–4pm.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
As we sell items on consignment, we don't accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving.

What do I do if an item is faulty or not as described?
Email our customer service team at hello@prelovedgeelong.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll provide a return postage label. Once the item is received back in store, it will be assessed and your refund processed within 24 hours — returned the same way you paid.


Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is a flat $12 for standard post and $16 for express. We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please email us at hello@prelovedgeelong.com.au for a shipping quote.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of sale. Once dispatched, please refer to Australia Post's website for transit timelines.
