About Us
Pre Loved Geelong was founded in 2016, by local Geelong entrepeneur, Lou Hammer.
In the early days we began as a quarterly weekend pop-up market, however in 2020 when our whole world was flipped upside down the pandemic changed how we did business. We could no longer host our large pop-up markets, so in an effort to stay in touch with our loyal customers we pivoted and moved our in person pop up event to an online model. Not only did we stay in touch with our existing customers we grew significantly and decided to open the doors to our permanent bricks and mortar store in November 2021.
We're now Geelong's largest consignment store, we take pride in providing a platform for both sellers and buyers to participate in the circular fashion economy. Our mission is to create a community-driven marketplace where high-quality preloved clothing finds new life, allowing fashion-conscious individuals like you to discover hidden gems while reducing waste and supporting local businesses.
